Krew Tech provides ABEC 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 super-precision sizes based on the application or customer request, from miniature through industrial bore sizes. We supply bearing solutions across robotics and automation, aerospace, agriculture, food and beverage, outdoor power equipment, pumps and compressors, the automotive aftermarket, and more.
One point of contact from print to delivered part. And it does not stop at the bearing: if that bearing presses into a housing, rides a shaft, or meshes with a gear you buy from three other suppliers, send those prints too. We build the whole stack through our factory partners and ship it as one assembled part number.
Krew Tech offers full assembly operations integrated with our manufacturing partners in a temperature-controlled setting. Our primary assembly products include mounted units, assembled pumps, assembled valves, assembled pressure transmitters, and more.
Krew Tech supports precision-machined parts from your print through production. Typical work includes drive and metering shafts, bearing and spindle housings, hubs, bushings, spacers and sprockets, the close-tolerance pieces that carry a bearing and keep an assembly turning true.
We carry a large inventory of core products in our North American warehouses, making it possible to process and ship most orders within 24 hours. Stocking the common sizes on this side of the ocean means you are not waiting on a container when a schedule moves up or a line goes down.
Krew Tech coordinates information flow between our bilingual overseas operations and North America, including customer requirements, drawings, orders, and delivery status. We also manage packaging, shipment, container tracking, and onward transportation by rail, air, or truck into our North American warehouses.
Krew Tech specializes in the production of investment castings. Key products include valves and automotive fittings, connecting and fastening pieces, bearing housings, spindle housings, and more.
Krew Tech coordinates quality requirements throughout the sourcing and production process. Inspection expectations are aligned with customer drawings and specifications to help verify components before shipment.
Through close collaboration, Krew Tech worked with the Predator Drone engineering team to address demanding motion-control requirements and support the unmanned aircraft with super-precision roller screws.
Krew Tech developed a precision ball-bearing application for Mercotac, drawing on its engineering knowledge to support reliable electrical connections in motion.
With high-volume use central to development, Krew Tech contributed to the conceptual design and supplied a precision-bearing solution. Speedplay brought the resulting pedal platform to market and established it in today’s bicycle market.
